Workout Relief

NSAMB MEDICAL EQUIPMENT is the manufacturer of neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) devices that uses electric impulses to cause a muscle to contract. This contraction causes the muscle to get stronger.  Scientists have proven the value of EMS as a complementary training technique. Most athletes have experienced EMS as a rehabilitation tool at physical therapy.

 

ACTIVE RECOVER

-Wait two hours after your workout and use for 20 minutes.  This will target your type 1 muscle fibers, lower blood  lactate and allow for muscle to recover faster

WARM UP

-Before workout use the device for 4 minutes targeting type 1 muscle fibers to warm up.  This increases muscle output,  and the muscle contraction speed during a workout. 

INCREASE MUSCLE STRENGTH

-After completing your weight lifting workout that targets the Quads, Biceps, Hamstring, Pecs, Triceps use the device on those targeted muscles for 28 minutes.  Use 3 times a week for each muscle group, this targets type II muscle fibers, and strengthen the muscle.
